Lane Berry Advises Data Return on its Sale to Terremark Worldwide, Inc.

BOSTON, May 14, 2007 — Lane, Berry & Co. International, LLC announced today that it served as exclusive financial adviser to Data Return, a leading provider of enterprise-class technology hosting solutions, with respect to its $85 million sale to Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMRK), a leading operator of integrated Internet exchanges and a global provider of managed IT infrastructure solutions for government and private sectors. The closing of the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to take place by June 30, 2007. Saratoga Partners, an independent New York-based private equity investment firm, is the principal owner of Data Return.
