September 4, 2007 – (Greenwich, CT) Ropart Asset Management (“RAM”), a Greenwich-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that William R. Schlueter has joined its investment team as a Partner.

William joins RAM from Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm also based in Greenwich, where he was responsible for executing and managing investments. William was involved with 8 platform entities, as well as 15 add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies.

In addition to his M&A experience, William brings strong operational knowledge to RAM. He has held several management positions during his career, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Security Capital Corporation, then a public company listed on the AMEX, and Chief Financial Officer of Flavor House Products.

He received a BA from Auburn University, graduating with high honors, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also served in the US Army where he earned several commendations and an airborne badge.
