August 18, 2008 – (Greenwich, CT) The Ropart Asset Management Funds (“RAM”), a Greenwich based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that Corey B. McKiernan has joined its investment team as an Associate.

Corey joins RAM from Columbia Business School, where he recently received an MBA with a concentration in Finance.

In addition to his academic background, Corey brings 5 years of investment banking experience. He began his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch, advising clients regarding securities underwriting and mergers and acquisitions. After Merrill Lynch, Corey joined the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Stephens, Inc. where he analyzed, structured and executed strategic alternatives for companies across a variety of industries.

Corey attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate education and received a BA in Economics.
